Primary Responsibilities: • The individual performs a variety of receptionist, clerical tasks, and responds to incoming calls and visitors to the front reception area.
Qualifications: • The successful candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers, and general office practices and procedures. • The applicant must be accurate and have the ability to multi-task and work independently. Strong customer service skills are required. • Excellent computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases is necessary. • OR any combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be acceptable.
